It is also notable as the casino where hapless Hiro first marshals his time-stopping superpowers to cheat at a game of roulette.

Monk

The detective comedy based around the cases of obsessive-compulsive investigator Adrian Monk holds the record for the most-watched scripted drama episode in cable television history for it's finale in 2009. The series featured one prior, memorable episode titled 'Mr Monk goes to Vegas', where Monk is called to investigate a wealthy casino owner's murder at one of the best hotels in Las Vegas - but not quite the Montecito.
